The Mayer Water District is happy to welcome and introduce our new Field Administrator, Jerry Postema. Jerry has Grade 4 certification and has been a water services professional for decades and brings a wealth of experience and resources that will greatly benefit the District. We are contracting his services through his company AJT Solutions, LLC. He will serve as our Water System Operator of Record. He will also take on the supervisory tasks and personnel management of our employees which we have previously done in-house.
Water Line Erosion ControlThe Mayer Water Line Erosion Control Project that began on February 1st, 2024 has been completed.
This project was started for the community to protect a crucial water line after the area was compromised by the Goodwin fire and subsequent flooding. This flood control effort will help protect the flow of water and the Mayer DWID's ability to provide you with safe drinking water. While there is still some site cleanup scheduled for next week we wanted to provide you with an update on some of the improvements and maintenance of the Mayer DWID infrastructure. |
EyeOnWater lets you connect to your water utility account. You can use it to track your water usage. This new water service upgrade will let you see how much water you use, find leaks, and see when you use the most water. You can use the EyeOnWater service to:

Please note that this project is still in development until August 2024, and not all of the meter reading devices have been installed. Also, there will be a delay after we install the meter reading device before readings are available. EyeOnWater won't show accurate meter readings until the meter turns on and syncs.

Bills Notices
Water bills are normally mailed out on the 20th of the month after the meter reads are completed and the bills have been adjusted accordingly. This may vary slightly from month to month depending on holidays, weather, and other circumstances.
Water Bills Due Monthly
Bill payments, including all applicable fees and state sales tax are due by the 10th of each month.
Monthly Board Meetings
Regular Public Board Meetings are usually held on the 4th Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm at the district office at 12994 E. Central Ave, in the meeting room, entrance at the rear of the building. This may vary slightly from month to month depending on holidays and other circumstances.
