Board Meeting Information

The Regular Public Board Meetings are usually held on the 4th Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm at the district office at 12994 E. Central Ave, in the meeting room, entrance at the rear of the building. This may vary slightly from month to month depending on holidays and other circumstances.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the public portion of the meeting, excluding Executive Session. The public will have physical access to the meeting location fifteen (15) minutes before the meeting.

If any member of the public wishes to attend the Open Meeting and requires a reasonable accommodation, per your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act or for any other reason, please notify the Mayer Water District Office at (928) 632‐4113, 48 hours before the meeting so an accommodation can be arranged.

Special sessions may be added as needed.

Notice about Public Meetings.

​“Pursuant to 38-431.02(A)(3), the Mayer Domestic Water Improvement District will post all public notices of the District’s meetings at the Mayer Water District Office glass display case outside the front gate."

Members of the Mayer DWID Board may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. 38- 431.01(H), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism, or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.

The Mayer DWID Board reserves the right to move into Executive Session on any agenda item pursuant to A. R. S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) or (A)(4) for consultation or legal advice with the attorney of the public body.
